Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. 


If you are a contact lens wearer please come to your appointment wearing your contact lenses. 


Please also bring in your current glasses or glasses prescription, if you wear contact lenses please bring with you a picture of the brand and prescription you are using. 


If you are unable to do the paperwork online or before hand please come 15 minutes early to your appointment to do so.

No Show-Cancellation Policy

If you got your prescription with us, we should have all the information we need. 


If you are bringing in a prescription from elsewhere please bring a copy of your prescription (or we can make one for you) and your insurance information. 

-It is very helpful if we have that information beforehand to ensure enough time browsing and time with the optician-

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call promptly. Cancellation must occur 24 hours before scheduled appointment or you may be subject to a fee of $25 before you can reschedule. For No Show appointments there will also be a $25 fee applied before you can schedule again. After two No Shows/Cancellations you will no longer be allowed to reschedule. We value each patients time greatly and this policy ensures that all of our patients are given the proper care. Thank you for your understanding.

Our office recognizes that many do not have insurance for exam and glasses. Therefore we offer a 20% discount on glasses and we have Value Packages for Single Vision, Bifocal, and Progressive lenses. Call us for more information!
